RED PEPPER SCOTCH EGG
The quality British Pork in this Scotch Egg is given subtle sweet notes from Red Pepper and gentle heat from Chillies, both of which lend the meat a reddish colour, prettily speckled with Pepper and Chilli. At the centre is a free-range Hen’s Egg and the outer coating is the traditional Bread Crumbs, fried to a golden brown.
