BOSTON JERK SCOTCH EGG
Boston Jerk is the mix of spices used in a method of preserving meat made popular in Boston, Jamaica in the mid twentieth century. In our Boston Jerk savoury Scotch Egg, you’ll see the Sausage Meat has a slightly golden colour from the Garlic, Onions and Spices and little flecks of red from Chilli and Pimento. With a medium heat rather than fiercely hot, the taste of quality British Pork and free-range Hen’s Egg still shines through.
